Review by hotel critic
Last weekend, I found myself at the delightful Graetzlhotel Meidlinger Markt, a charming gem slightly off the beaten path in Vienna. Just a short jaunt from the metro and a quick 25-minute ride from the airport, this hotel was surprisingly convenient. Stepping into our well-appointed room, I was pleased to discover everything we needed for a comfy stay, from premium bedding to a handy coffee maker that fueled our adventures around the city. The vibe was a lovely blend of tranquillity and accessibility-the bustling local market across the street offered fresh produce and local bites while the quiet room faced a perpendicular street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the key code entry made check-in a breeze, allowing us to dive straight into exploring Vienna's historical treasures. I can't recommend it enough for fellow history buffs or weekend explorers looking for a taste of authentic Viennese charm!
